At this exhibition, ebm-papst will debut its AHU Demo unit equipped with an integrated vibration sensor, bringing the operational status of air handling units into a real-time monitoring system. Through continuous vibration data acquisition and analysis, the system provides early warnings before potential faults occur.

At a time when semiconductor manufacturing demands ever-higher levels of continuous equipment operation, ebm-papst's AHU Demo represents a shift from "passive maintenance" to "active perception." It enables factories to implement predictive maintenance, effectively reducing unplanned downtime, and delivers greater reliability for cleanroom air handling systems.
